• Birds must be cleaned of feathers, eviscerated, with head and feet removed

• If you desire breasts to be smoked and trim to be made into sausage, please package these items in seperate clean food safe packages (No Black Trash Bags)

• Remove as many bullet fragments as possible

• Remove as much shot as possible prior to submitting for processing. |
